Our 2015 Q3 Report

The numbers do not indicate whether lives have been changed. However, they do paint a picture of how your prayers, donations, and acts of volunteering have been utilized. We all are stewards of our time and resources for the benefit of others that the Lord would bring into our churches and community. The staff and Board of Love INC are honored to be partnering up with this community to mobilize the church and its resources for Kingdom impact. We hope this infographic of Quarter 3 (July - Sept.) helps you to grasp the scope of our collective efforts to help neighbors in need.

A Trip to Chicago

Big gathering to me can be very exciting and fun.

The best type of big gathering is when people of like mind and like heart come together to share, learn, and praise our great God.  In one week, the staff and several Board members will be traveling to participate in Love INC's National Gathering in Chicago.  Although it can be classified as a business trip, I hardly would label it as such.  We'll be worshiping together, learn under great teaching, and network with many around the country doing what we're trying to do - mobilize the church to help neighbors in need.

In case you're wondering, our office will function on a modified schedule.  If you have a need or would like to make a donation, you can still call the office.  Someone should be available to help you, and if not, leave a message.  We'll get back with you as soon as we can.

As we travel to this conference in Chicago, would you pray for us?  Here's what you can be lifting up:

  • Safe travel there and back
  • Our families in Worthington to be safe and healthy (All three staff members have young children they'll be leaving behind.)
  • Blessings upon the conference for speakers, leaders, and participants

Follow up on our trip in a future post.  We'll share what we were encouraged by and a few things we learned and hope to implement here in Worthington.
